Not really 'continental' but typical British. However perhaps interesting for some over here: Revell 1/24 scale 1966 London bus kit.

That one is real nice indeed! Will be a great donor for a 2CV railcar bounce

I hope one day Revell brings out the old Heller kit of the TN6C Renault bus. You can find it often on Ebay but only for collectors prices...
