Good to see a new and different layout.
What are the locomotives, stock and track? I've not seen these about before.

Both locos and all rolling stock I built myself. Even turned all the wheels on the 440 with an
ancient lathe. The power units are windscreen-wiper motors scrounged from my local car-
breakers geared down to the 'drivers' using cogwheels from discarded photocopiers and any
other bits of machinery such as printers etc. As you've guessed by now I don't like spending
money, so everything I've built is from scrap except the wheel-sets and of course the plastic
sleepers from 'Tenmille' I actually discovered all the track in bundles at a bootfair hidden
under a table back in the U.K. Cost me three Quid for the lot.

Having seen a loco "in the flesh" last Wednesday, I can vouch for the quality that Ray has achieved. It was just a shame that at 12volts we couldn't really risk it on my 18v DCC track Sad
