Dont want to cause any embarrassment but may I be so bold as to ask if our new member 'Peter D Hingley' is the same person as the Librarian of the Royal Astronomical Society? Who wrote an interesting work on the first eclipse to be photographed by the British Himalaya Expedition in 1860? If not
I apologise!!

I don't know who he is or maybe I forgot.

Interestingly we've had a couple of new members join after the show in Lilas and I seem to remember speaking to a couple of decent Brits aside from Phil Kelly one of whom lived in Frejus.

I am assuming he is one of those who I spoke to. Sorry to be vague but when your running a stand on your own and hundreds of people ask you questions during the day it becomes a bit of a blur. drunken
